We, as TMI AutoTech/Ariel NA, dedicate significant effort to ensure the well-being of all Ariel customers to the best of our capabilities. For almost 20 years, we've fulfilled numerous requests regarding the Brammo Built Atom 2. We acknowledge the understandable frustration caused by the lack of readily available parts. Nevertheless, we kindly request Atom 2 owners to recognize that this challenge is inherent in owning a bespoke vehicle that's almost 20 years old.

Additionally, it's crucial to consider the unique circumstances surrounding the Atom 2. It was produced by a completely different company (Brammo) and adheres to a distinct design/specification that even differs from the UK version of the Atom 2. To address some misconceptions:

  1. Despite their similar appearances, the Atom 2 and Atom 3 are entirely dissimilar vehicles. Consequently, only a few parts can be directly swapped between them. While there might be Atom 3 components that can be adapted for the Atom 2, we lack this information. We recommend seeking advice from other Atom 2 owners for guidance.

  2. As previously mentioned, a Brammo-built Ariel Atom 2 is significantly distinct from its UK-manufactured counterpart. Thus, acquiring parts is not as straightforward as contacting Ariel UK. These vehicles are not only unique in themselves but also exceedingly rare. The most recent Brammo-built Atom 2 was delivered in 2007. In 2008, we established a license agreement directly with Ariel UK for the Atom 3, separate from any involvement with Brammo. In 2008, we diligently attempted to acquire as many parts as feasible for the Brammo-built Atom 2, intended for future use. We've also collaborated extensively with customers to fulfill their requirements to the best extent possible. However, akin to any niche market/small volume product, there comes a point where certain parts and/or needs cannot be met due to factors beyond our control.

In 2007, we procured manufacturing equipment from Brammo, excluding any intellectual property (IP). Consequently, we lack engineering drawings, jigs, molds, and similar resources necessary to manufacture Atom 2 parts.

In conclusion, we invest considerable effort into the Ariel brand on a daily basis, regardless of a vehicle's origin. We are committed to assisting each customer to the best of our ability, even if it means certain parts may be unavailable. We encourage any Atom owner to directly reach out to us with questions about the brand, as we're more than willing to provide the most accurate information."
